Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We accept all credit cards and personal checks, as well as offer financing options through CareCredit and Chase Health Advance, to help make your treatment more affordable. Our office will also assist in the application process. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.
Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service. We are a participating provider for United 
Concordia and Delta Dental Premier.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
We are pleased to offer Chase Health Advance and Care Credit to our patients. They are both convenient, require no initial payment, offer low monthly payment plans for dental treatments of $300 to $40,000. There are also several interest free plans to choose from. Offering these financial options allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
